Hello and welcome to Gemcrafted Handmade Jewelry. My name is Tonya and I make everything you'll find here in my shop from my home studio in Virginia. I love working with gemstones and I enjoy the creative process of turning inspiration into something special and tangible.
Jewelry making has always been a big part of my life, but outside of it, I enjoy technology, reading, being a coffee connoisseur, doing crafty projects, and playing video games. I also work in IT and I hold a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional diploma (I love learning about jewelry).

How it’s Made
The ear wires are made of sterling silver wire shaped and hammered for texture. Then I add wire-wrapped gemstone charms.

Production Lead Time
All jewelry at Gemcrafted is produced by hand, one piece at a time. Most orders currently go out in 1-3 business days.
*If it's an emergency, send me a message and we'll work something out to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once in the hands of the carrier, the actual delivery time will depend on their service.
Shipping
Orders are shipped free within the U.S. using USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance.
International Shipping is currently not available. I hope to offer it soon! I apologize for the inconvenience.
Priority Mail upgrades are available.
Orders over 75$ get a free USPS Priority Mail upgrade (tracking and insurance are included)
Once tracking information is provided and an item is handed over to the carrier, please check with the carrier for shipping updates. Please note that transit times may vary.
Return Policy
Since each item is handmade, depending on the design and variance in the natural materials, the appearance may vary slightly between multiple pieces of a particular design. (This is what makes each piece unique and special!)
I'm also happy to send you a photo/video of the final piece BEFORE shipping at your request! Just let me know! :)
If you are not happy with an item:
Contact me within 5 days of delivery to arrange the return. The item should be shipped back within 7 days with a tracking number. A refund will be issued upon receipt of tracking information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned. I am happy to work with you if there's an issue to resolve.
